Introduction

Sociology is an active department in the Dnyanopasak College, which was started in 1983. Sociology is a descriptive and practical study of social relations, social problems, social institutions, rules, laws. Students are also motivated for various competitive examinations. As a result, sociology has made great strides in the field of education and research in a short span of time. Culture and the human past are introduced through sociology to make human beings aware of society. Therefore, this subject is being taught in all the universities in India. Various branches of medical sociology, political sociology, industrial sociology, social anthropology and criminology have been created for the holistic study of human society.
